can create your own menu to personalize your party.
Juan Garcia, Chef of La Chaya catering is available to do presentations,
demos and cooking classes. Along with teaching classes at Cooks of
Crocus Hill, The Woman's Club of Minneapolis, various hotels and restaurants
in Mexico he also comes into your home to teach. Gather a group of
people together and make a party out of it. Juan will lead you through
a demonstration. You and your friends will help, enjoy the food and
go home with a culinary tips and recipes.
